He completed his studies at the University of Buenos Aires where he received his law , Professor in History and a PhD in History ( 1955 ) . He also did graduate studies in France. He has taught at the Universities of Buenos Aires, Nacional del Litoral , the Republic and Oxford , among others. He currently teaches at the University of Berkeley and the University of San Andrés ( UdeSA ) . He was elected Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts at the National University of Rosario . As such he has advocated and applied the principles of the University Reformation . He was also Director of the Library of the Argentine Thought ...
